CoCo & Co was founded on a sincere belief in the awesome social power of coconuts. Friends Luke McKenna and Yair Tygiel came together to build a bamboo bike that they would stack with coconuts and ride around New York, bringing people together by throwing tropical parties in the unlikeliest places: on rooftops, in urban parks, and atop the Brooklyn Bridge. They quickly developed a following and this silly hobby turned into a full time project.

We have come a long way since then. We now have offices on both coasts and our own farm in Sri Lanka—a redevelopment effort in partnership with war affected communities—with more products on the way. But you’ll still find Luke, Yair and their awesome crew doing what they love most: spreading the very best coconut vibes at parties, music festivals and in stores nationwide.
